- Tomato: 2
- Anchovy fillets: 12
- Garlic: 2 teeth
- Olive oil
Cut the bread into slices and toast until golden brown on both sides and tender in the center. Spread the slices with the garlic cloves and place a "thread" of olive oil in each. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place them on the bread. To finish the bruschettas, serve one or two anchovy fillets on the tomatoes.
