BEEF WITH TUNA

Ingredients
- Beef: 1 Kg
- Tuna: 1 can
- Boiled eggs: 2 yolks
- Anchovy fillets: 6
- White wine: 2 tea spoons
- Mayonnaise: 1 cup
- Vinegar: ½ cup
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Roast the meat lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, cut into slices as thin as possible and place them in a bowl. Crumble the tuna and anchovy fillets to form a paste, add the yolks, vinegar, salt and pepper. Bind with mayonnaise carefully. Mix very well until you get a smooth paste. Cover the meat with this preparation. Serve very cold.
